How do I choose the right size?
We recommend taking your body measurements carefully and comparing them to our Size Chart. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a closer, second-skin fit, or sizing up for a more comfortable wear. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. All of our pieces are made to order, and we can accommodate custom measurements. Simply provide your measurements at checkout or contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
What if my measurements change after I order?
As each piece is made specifically to your measurements, we are unable to alter garments after production. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing your order.
Materials & Quality
What type of latex do you use?
We use premium natural latex rubber in thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm to 0.8mm depending on the garment. Our latex is selected for its elasticity, durability, and high-gloss finish. You can learn more on our Our Craft page.
Is latex suitable for people with latex allergies?
No. If you have a known latex allergy, we strongly advise against purchasing latex garments. Please consult a medical professional if you are unsure.
How long will my garment last?
With proper care, a Mayfair Latex garment can last for many years. Latex is a durable material, but it requires specific care to maintain its appearance and integrity. Please refer to our Latex Care Guide for full details.
Orders & Production
How long does production take?
Most orders are crafted and ready to ship within one week. During peak periods, production times may be slightly longer. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
As production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible at studyad@gmail.com if you need to make a change, and we will do our best to assist.
Do you offer co-creation or custom designs?
Yes. We offer a co-creation design service where you can share your vision and we will work with you to bring it to life. Contact us with your ideas and we will provide a personalised quote.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
As our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at studyad@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
