Made-to-Order Items
The majority of our products are made to order and crafted specifically for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on made-to-order items unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong size, colour, or style), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Sizing
Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before placing your order. As our pieces are made to your measurements, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues where the correct measurements were provided at the time of ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to help.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
