This latex party dress is designed with a calf-length mermaid silhouette featuring a gathered and frilled skirt at the hem that flares outward for a dramatic and festive finish. Short bell-style sleeves and a square-cut neckline frame the upper body, and contoured seaming through the bodice creates a close and streamlined fit. No underwire. Center back zipper opens to the waist.
